Guidance Corporation Shipping and Insurance Policy
Shipping Policy
Guidance Corporation prides itself with offering the most competitive pricing in the industry and Free Shipping with insurance on most online orders. We will waive the shipping charge on orders over $5000 and certain Numismatic coins, large volume purchases, customized orders and certain discretionary circumstances or “price match” situations. Shipping charges of $16.95-$25 may apply for small volume purchases or special orders. Customers can utilize our free shipping method or may request to upgrade their shipping method for an additional charge.
Shipping Methods
Carriers may vary in order to deliver the highest quality service and lowest cost possible. All orders will ship fully insured via USPS, UPS or FedEx with Signature Required. When choosing Base Shipping Methods, we will use our choice of carrier to deliver the best results possible in delivery. Shipping methods may also vary depending on order contents. Please note, an individual 18 years of age or older must sign for the package and in most cases we will not deliver on the Weekends.
Shipment Packaging
We value safety and discretion when shipping your investment. All products are securely wrapped in protective packaging, then placed in a sealed shipping parcel along with packing material to prevent excess shifting during transit.
Please note: our return address and packaging do not give any indication of the valuable contents of the package, so you can rest assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound.
Shipment Tracking
Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be provided upon final receipt of payment via Email. You may also visit our account portal for the most current shipping information or by calling 1-800-526-7765. Most orders will ship out between 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. Please note, we will not ship out orders until the full payment has been received and collected.
Shipping Insurance
To ensure complete customer confidence, every package we ship is sent with full shipping insurance. This means that in the extremely unlikely case your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund or exchange. Please note that our insurance policy only extend to packages in transit and shipped to the address on the original order. Once the carrier obtains a signature or completes the delivery confirmation, our coverage ceases. Any changes to the shiping address during transit or after it leaves our possesion, voids the insurance. Please note that failure to notify us of damage or tampering within 24 hours from signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim. For international shipments outside the United States, we can not insure or cover against damages resulting from customs inspection during shipping. It is also up to the client to pay for any international taxes, custom fees or tariffs. Payments
We accept Bank Wires, Checks, Zelle, Direct Pay and all major credit cards, including: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Please Note, Guidance Corporation prides itself with offering the lowest possible pricing in the industry, we offer this discount pricing based upon payment by Bank Wire, Check, Zelle or ACH/E-Check. Payments made by Debit or Credit card will have a 4.75% surcharge, and when using PayPal a 4% surcharge, added to the final total upon checkout. We strongly encourage our customers to take advantage of the discount pricing by paying via bank wire, ACH or Check. To help protect our customers and reduce potential fraud, additional verification may be required for credit card purchases, which can include a valid copy of a Driver’s License, Government Issued ID, Credit Card Statement or Copy of the Credit Card used in the transaction.
